How to register an account at GoKelas?

How to purchase a course?

Currently, GoKelas supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location. This article outlines how you can confirm which payment methods are available to you, when you go to purchase a course.

To see the payment methods that are available to you when you wish to purchase a course, please follow the steps below:

After you find the course you wish to enrol in, click Enrol Now on the course landing page
You will be directed to the Checkout page, which will feature the various payment methods that are available to you.

What payment method accepted?

Our Payment Methods

Our payment methods may include the following:

PayPal is a supported method of payment for GoKelas courses in most countries.
Pay by Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.
Pay Bank: may be an option for anyone having a bank account with an online banking account.

How long I can access the courses purchased?

Once you enrol in a course, you’ll have access for life, provided that your account is in good standing and GoKelas continues to have a license to that course. You have the freedom to learn at your own pace.

Can I download the materials?

GoKelas objectives are online learning hence you cannot download or copy the learning materials. All the learning materials only can be accessed throughout the portal.

Can I share my learning account with others?

Once you login to the instructors’ page, you will be able to see the number of students in realtime.

Who can teach at Mahir.my?

Mahir.my does not require formal teaching credentials but we are encouraged instructors who have:

At least 3 years of teaching experience
Conducted at least 10 training sessions for the topic proposed
Subject matter expert in the course
Excellent communication skills
High level of professionalism

What topics/courses I can teach?

We encourage you to teach on topics/courses that you are passionate about and experienced with, and ideally that you have taught before.

How does Mahir.my determine the pricing of my courses?

The course price will be set based on the course duration and content quality. Our Marketing team will inform you of the indicative pricing before you start creating the courses. We want to ensure courses are fairly priced for both instructor and learner benefits.

Are there any requirements that my course should meet?

Each course should consist of:

A minimum of 5 topics and maximum of 30 topics.
The number of subtopics can be unlimited
At least 45 minutes of learning hour at a maximum of 3 learning hours.

When I will get paid?

You will be get paid on our monthly billing cycle - 28th of the month.

How do I track the number of students in my course?

Once you login to the instructors’ page, you will be able to see the number of students in realtime.

Who own the materials produced?

All intellectual property rights will remain to the author/instructor. The instructors are required to agree to grant exclusive copyrights to Mahir.my. This means you cannot share the same product to other platforms. However, you can produce a different version of it if you wish to publish somewhere else.
